Adding API M certificate in JRE to access HTTPs from Java Standalone Apps

Note : 
1. Open the Command Prompt with Admin Rights. 
2. If the certificate contains hostname (Eg. localhost typically), the consumer application should use the same hostname(Eg. localhost).
